Thulani: Booking and Cancellation Policy
Our guesthouse is with 8 rooms a small set up. Consequently cancellations seriously effect our occupancy rate. To avoid having to overbook or overcharge to compensate for cancellations or "no-shows" we apply a cancellation fee.
The following charges apply:
- R 250.00 cancellation fee in all cases as soon as the booking was confirmed by both sides
- 20 % of the total sum, cancellation up to 8 weeks in advance
- 30 % of the total, cancellation between 4 weeks in advance
- 50 % for a cancellation less than 2 weeks before the planned arrival
- full charge applies for a cancellation that later than 14 days before the planned arrival or a guest who doesn't show up
Your booking will only be confirmed after supplying your credit card details or a deposit is paid into our bank account. If we have not received any of the two, the booking will be cancelled latest one week before planned arrival unless different conditions were agreed in writing.
